Miss H. Lilly Roberts

Miss H. Lilly Roberts (Bird) Roberts, about 74 years of age, of Reedy, died at 3 a.m. yesterday in the Gordon hospital in Spencer. She was a daughter of the late col. Thomas A. and Susan Stewart Roberts.

Miss Roberts suffered a broken hip about two weeks ago as the result of a fall and had been ill since that time.

Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Sallie Lowe of Akron, Ohio and the following nieces and nephews: Miss Dixie Roberts and Roy Roberts of Beuna Vista, WV, Miss Gladys Sayre of Murdoch Ave., Parkersburg, WV, and Miss Vivian Rader of Charleston, WV, who was with her aunt at the time of her death.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. in the Reedy Methodist Episcopal Church and burial will be made in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Parkersburg.

The body will be removed from the Hardman-Conrad Funeral Home in Spencer to the late residence this afternoon at 1 o'clock and will be taken to the church one hour prior to the service.
