I am trying to figure out where Benjamin is buried.

An Ancestry.com database had a photo of Ayers Cemetery near Smithville, Ritchie Co, WV on their page for Benjamin but no claim that he was buried there.

I put him into FindAGrave at Ayers, but if he is buried elsewhere, I will change the location.
