I too am an ancestor of Charles Rogers and Hannah Skidmore. My ancestor, Elijah Rogers, your Levi's brother. Elijah was married to Eleanor Skidmore, a niece of Hannah. Their son Felix Sutton Rogers was married to Nancy Isabelle Rollyson. Their daughter, Ursula Ann Rogers, had an affair with a married neighbor and the result was a baby girl, my Grandmother, Allie Gay Cookman Her daughter, Allie Gay Cookman married Frederick Alan King. Their son, William Orvile King, as a result of their divorce, was taken away by his father, Frederick Alan. My Grandmother did not see her son again until he was almost 30 and had a bunch of kids. Before the divorce, Allie Gay had a daughter, my Mother, Georgia Beatrice King who, in 1935, married my Daddy, Thomas Fredrick Trent. Then, it gets down to me, Linda Gay (Trent) Kirk, Brown. Greetings to my previously unknown distant cousins Rose and Linda!
I'm also descended from Charles and Hannah, like Linda connecting through their son Elijah. Elijah and Elenore's daughter Edith Rogers married Perry A.
