The ony info I have found as Thomas Hunt's burial place is in West Virginia and that cannot be correct. I believe he is buried in either Lee County at the Elkins Cemetery or in Russell County, Va. Also I do not agree with the researcher that list Priscilla Hunt with maiden name Leach.
I believe Priscilla's maiden name was Elkins, as her brother Elijah married Jerusha Boothe. Elijah's wife, Jerusha was summoned when Priscilla's will was read to appear in Court, as Priscilla had told Jerusha how she wanted her property distributed. I want to know if anyone agrees with my surmises. I welcome any comments or information on Thomas and Priscilla. |
