John William Madden was born in August 1868, reportedly in Loudon Co., but it was not formed til 1870. James C. and Mary J. Madden were the parents and were known to have been in Campbell Co. and Roane Co. areas before his birth. They had moved to Texas by 1870. I would love to know anything about this family and will share any Madden-McDonald info I have.

From your mention of Loudon County, I'm guessing that your inqury refers to Roane County, Tennessee? This site is for Roane County, West Virginia, so I'm afraid you may not find many answers here.
