Solomon Salyers b. 7 Mar 1836 Copper Creek? Russell Co VA. son of John Salyer and ?Delila Castle?
Married Mary Catherine "Polly" McGlothlin, the widow of William Hensley, and had children Lydia, DJ, Fannie, Billy, Mary Ellen, Jodie, Georgia, Retta, and Verna.  Died 26 Mar 1911 at Blown Timber/ Newton and is buried in the Salyers Cemetery there.

This little sweetie is unidentified.  She is possibly a Runion.  Some connection to Blown Timber / Newton and probably to Salyers family
