 Additions and CorrectionsI had the opportunity to visit the Smith Cemetery recently, and have noted the following additions since the reading in Cemeteries of Roane Co. WV, Volume 5:
Burton, Leona M. Aug 16, 1942 - Feb 22, 2002 Blosser, Dorsie Dairl Sept 19, 1938 - May 01, 2005 Sharp, Verna Mae 1940-2005 Additionally, the reading of Jones, Baby Charlie is incorrect, the stone shows the name "Carlie". This was the child of Carl and Harriet Griffith Jones, and was presumably named after the father. The full correction is: Jones, Baby Carlie 1947 |
