Although I have no known connection to the Hardman family, and could not find the marriage for George B. Hardman and Willie Ann Cain in any WV county record, I did find the family in the 1900 census of Wood Co., WV, Tygart Dist. Fam.#185-190.
George B Hardman, Head, Jan 1863-37 married 16 years (1884)& wife, Willie A Hardman, June 1867-32, married 16 years & 7 of their 7 children are enumerated in the census, ages 15 down to 8 mo.
The census indicates that two of the children were born in Ohio, so perhaps that is where they were married.
