[b]Mrs. Margaret (Maggie) Schreckengost[/b], 64, of Otto died yesterday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Virgil Barnhouse, Otto, following an illness of some length. She was born September 26, 1888, in Calhoun county, the daughter of the late James and Etta Laughlin, and was a member of the Otto A. C. Church. She is survived by her husband, George Schreckengost; two sons, Warren of Arnoldsburg, and Lewis of Parkersburg; three daughters, Mrs. Virgil Barnhouse, Mrs. Basil Wilson, and Mrs. Edward Hall, all of Otto; two brothers, Lewis Laughlin, Beech, and Roy Laughlin, Michigan; three half-brothers James Brannon, Spencer, Willie and Orville Brannon, both of Akron, O.; three half-sisters, Mrs. Jim McKee, Richmond, O., Mrs. Bert Dawkins, Akron, and Mrs. Hartley Morgan, Elizabeth. Three children preceded her in death. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Otto A. C. Church, with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
