| A local Roane County author, David Beglar of Newton, WV will give a presentation on his book, "Scout of the Monongahela: The Tale of Jesse Hughes".
Greetings RCHS Members,
The Roane County Historical Society, Inc. will hold its next meeting on Thursday, April 23 at 7 p.m. at the Roane County Library, 110 Parking Plaza in Spencer.
David Begler of Newton, WV, a local Roane County author, will give a presentation on his book, "Scout of the Monongahela: The Tale of Jesse Hughes" with a discussion of the life and times of Jesse Hughes.
