Grotto Dell, Roane County, WV

Grotto Dell, Walton area of Roane County. Does anyone know exactly where the Grotto Dell community was located? There once was a post office there & it can be found on the 1880 census. That's all I know about it. Any further info would be appreciated. Linda Liss
