I am hungry for information on the Hess family of Roane County. Specifically William Henry Hess and his wife Jennie Smith Hess. Any info would be much appreciated!

What kind of info are you looking for?
William Henry Hess was born in Lewis Co., 1864 to Clark and Keziah Oldaker/Oldacre Hess. They had at least 5 children. Wm. married Martha J. "Jennie" Smith, 26th May 1897 and finally settled near Reedy, Roane Co., WV where they are buried at the Seaman/Board Cem. They had 2-3 children.
William Henry b. 20 Jan 1864 d. 8 Apr 1928
Jennie Smith Hess b. 20 Feb. 1871 d. 26 May 1913.

William's grandparents were Abraham and Delilah Bonnett Hess of Lewis Co., VA(WV).

Name: Martha Jane (Jennie) Smith, daughter of Valentine and Mary "Polly" Varner Smith from Pendleton Co., WV.
