Owl Rock School House/ Mill on Rock Creek

I am looking for any information on the Owl Rock School House located near the south end of Long Hollow and Rocky Fork Creek. Also info in a mill that was located about an eighth of a mile from the mouth of Rock Creek about 5 miles from Walton
