Quite a regular Joined: 2010/10/7 From: Crossville, Tn. Posts: 53	Re: Round Knob Church Since this church is located on the Round Knob creek and in the Round Knob area I presumed that was it's name. I found after going to the Court House in Spencer that it was the Union Church. It was sold by J. A. Lowe and his wife for $42.50 to the trustees of area churches dated 26 day of May, 1911.

The write up in the Centennial Newspaper even mentions the deed and the purchase price of $42.50, along with a stipulation that four different denominations be represented in the trustees. Interesting bit of history.
