 Re: Round Knob Church
Since this church is located on the Round Knob creek and in the Round Knob area I presumed that was it's name. I found after going to the Court House in Spencer that it was the Union Church. It was sold by J. A. Lowe and his wife for $42.50 to the trustees of area churches dated 26 day of May, 1911.

 Re: Round Knob Church
According to this discussion, it was known as the Round Knob Union Church. The write up in the Centennial Newspaper even mentions the deed and the purchase price of $42.50, along with a stipulation that four different denominations be represented in the trustees. Interesting bit of history.
